Meet Alix & Matt

ALIX D. SCHWARTZ, MSW is a leadership and organizational culture expert and mental health activist. She utilizes her education and training in social work and positive psychology to enhance the way individuals of all ages communicate, improving their overall mental health and well-being. She is a strong advocate for utilizing solution-oriented practices to create social change and innovation. A recent graduate from the University of Southern California with a Masters Degree in Social Work, Alix is dedicated to developing tomorrow’s positive change makers!

MATT GEILER’s whimsical artwork and illustrations have enfused numerous projects with his signature themes of childhood, hope and joy. A gifted storyteller, Matt has illustrated 10 children’s books in addition to creating storyboards and animation for his clients. When he’s not busy with pencil and paper, Matt writes and records original music and tours the country performing musical improv comedy at clubs and colleges.
